This is our Lee Strength Therapy Unconventional gym membership group! I love our small community of members. This is meant for members to interact, possibly meet up with other members to complete workouts and be positive and supportive. Also, feel free to trash-talk your Trainers as well! This group will be updated every 4 -weeks with the gym's current training program for intermediate to advanced members. All new members are encouraged to start with the 12-week Foundations programming before attempting the concurrent training system. We will complete three full-body training sessions per week with two other scheduled conditioning days!
